An Affordable Quality Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service

Steve Ramsey, Proprietor

“I have been many years in the carpet and upholstery cleaning business. I believe in providing a professional, ethical and eco-friendly service to my customers. It is a private business, not a franchise or part of a large organisation. This ensures that all customers get a personal service, tailored to meet their specific requirements.”

“Only environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-alkaline cleaning solutions are used. You can therefore be sure that chemicals do not come in contact with your carpets and furnishings. To complement the cleaning products, only the best available equipment is used, in order to ensure the cleanest possible results.”

Price & Cleaning Guide

“Every job is different, so you can be sure that you are only paying for the service you get.

“When you make an enquiry, I will ask you a few questions about the work required in order to determine a price. Once a price based on your information is agreed, that will be the price for the job. There will be no ‘extras’. I will not attempt to sell you deodoriser, stain removal, stain protection or anything else. Stain removal is included in the price, though it must be pointed out that not all stains can be removed.”

“Most jobs can be quoted for over the phone.”

A Cautionary Note

When ringing carpet cleaners for prices, always ask what cleaning process they use, and how long it will take. Also ask if the equipment shown on their web sites is actually the equipment that they use!

I have ‘All Items Insurance’. To qualify for this, a recognised training course must be completed. ‘All Items’ cover means any article being cleaned is covered for damage caused by cleaning. Be aware that not all cleaners have this insurance.
